All bookings and transactions are made via the secure online booking system, Jane App. You are invited to contact Jacqui with any questions or concerns.
Cancellation policy
24-hours’ notice for cancellation is required. A late cancellation fee of half the session fee will apply for all appointments not rescheduled or cancelled before this time.
No Show appointments and same day cancellation will be charged the full fee, payable the same day via e-transfer.
The provider may also terminate counselling in the event the client has missed 3 appointments without calling to cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Health Insurance
Jacqui is a member in good standing with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada and the Canadian College of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists, holding the designations of RTC (membership #3205) or CCPCPR.Cand. (membership #3158).
Please consult with your human resources department or your insurance company to determine whether your extended benefit plan covers Therapeutic Counselling provided by ACCT or CCPCP registrants. The following list includes insurance providers who have approved ACCT and/or CCPCP members' claims for mental health services. Approval of services and amount of remuneration may be determined by the insurance company based on the provider's qualifications and the terms of the client's coverage: Pacific Blue Cross, Pacific Life, Sunlife, Great West Life, Manulife, and other providers.

Payment
Payment will be made, at time of service. Fees and Payment will be collected via the secure online booking system. You are invited to contact Jacqui with any questions or concerns, or if you would like another payment option considered.
Receipts are issued at time of service and are in the name of those for whom service is provided.
No direct billing services are provided.​
